Your job

• Collaborate closely with business partners to orchestrate the product roadmap by maximizing value creation while taking into account constraints and interdependencies with other projects or sectors

• Structure the annual commitment at the level of the GIA train to feed the incremental approach (PI) of the teams that deliver on your domain.

• Challenge the approach with POs in order to maximize the value delivered to the organization.

• Manage project priorities in conjunction with the governance and leadership team.

• Prioritize activities based on user needs while promoting good change management.

• Have demonstrable experience in writing processes to supervise the delivery of contributors to your team.

• Inform stakeholders of the progress of initiatives and the status of different products.

• Influence stakeholders when making decisions about the evolution of the product by effectively sharing your vision and any other relevant information.

Prerequisite

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a field related to the industry

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English

• Experience in Agile and SAFe methodology

Desired qualifications:

• Knowledge of the context of Identity and Access Management and identity directories

• Knowledge of DevOps principles and cloud technologies
