• Work mode: hybrid - 2 days a week in the office

• Bilingualism: French mandatory, English an asset

• Temp to perm: yes, PRIORITY to consultants who can be converted to Perm

The role

• Manage and implement large-scale technological projects prioritized by the sector, creating a climate conducive to motivation.

• Optimize the use of project resources on an ongoing basis to achieve sector objectives

• Diagnose problem situations, intervene and get involved in the resolution of complex problems, ensuring that solutions are implemented

• Raise and manage project risks and issues in a constant and proactive manner

• Produce the various reports needed to monitor the progress of project work and provide status updates, while adapting communication to the audience.

• Ensure alignment between the IT and Business teams regarding the various interdependencies affecting your project

• Be an agent of transformation to promote our values and ensure constant communication with all internal and external stakeholders.

Prerequisites

• Bachelor's degree and 7 years' relevant experience or Master's degree and 5 years' relevant experience

• At least 6 years' experience as a project manager in large-scale and enterprise projects related to data and/or AI.

• Experience in workshop facilitation and coaching

• Comfortable with Agile SAFE delivery mode

• Knowledge of Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence)
