Hybrid roele - 3 days/week at the office
Typical day to day in this role.
-
Manage and monitor license agreements for colocation projects
-
Draft/create contractual documents (colocation licenses), including but not limited to amendments and extensions, assignment and sublease of lease contracts
-
Manage financial data entry related to accounts payable and accounts receivable, and explain discrepancies

Interpretation of lease clauses (including rental, construction, accounting, etc.)

Intermediate or advanced knowledge of the main Office tools: Word, Excel Access, PowerPoint and Outlook

Asset: SAP and legal knowledge
Interview process - A face-to-face interview and an excel test on the same day
Projects you will be working on - Cell tower sharing project
Potential for extension or to hire full time exists
Main tasks will include:

Manage and track License agreements related to co-location projects
-
Draft / Create contract documentation (Co-location Licenses) including but not limited, amendments and extensions, lease agreement assignment and subletting

Manage financial data entry related to A/P – A/R and explain variance
-
Interpretation of lease provisions (including rental, Construction Build, Accounting, etc.)
-
Maintain Leases Data Base entries tracking all lease documentation at their various stages
-
Draft letters to Landlords (concerning lease provisions, notices, waivers, etc.)
-
Contribute to improve lease documentation, procedures, and policies, updating standard templates
-
Actively participate to process improvement
-
Other duties as may be required for the position

Intervene with Legal or Regulatory Departments for any issue or concern.
