Your Role

  • Ensure the management and implementation of cross-functional Telecom projects by fostering a collaborative climate and facilitating delivery for technical teams.

  • Prepare and lead activities related to PI (facilitating PI planning, refinement workshops, slicing, scrums, demos, and retrospectives).

  • Develop a tangible and pragmatic vision of milestones to effectively coordinate dates with assigned teams.

  • Analyze problematic situations, actively intervene, and participate in solving complex problems, ensuring the implementation of effective solutions.

  • Ensure that targets are met within the expected timelines.

  • Adopt a solution-oriented approach and promote continuous communication with all stakeholders, internal and external.

  • Produce reports to monitor project progress and provide updates, adapting communication according to the audience.

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in team support as a project manager and scrum master for large-scale projects in large organizations.

  • Experience in facilitating workshops and managing Agile ceremonies as well as knowledge of Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).

  • Analytical mindset and critical thinking.

  • Strong communication and synthesis skills at all organizational levels, focused on collaboration.

  • PMP certification and general knowledge and experience in networking are desirable.
