Your Role

Ensure the management and implementation of cross-functional Telecom projects by fostering a collaborative climate and facilitating delivery for technical teams.

Prepare and lead activities related to PI (facilitating PI planning, refinement workshops, slicing, scrums, demos, and retrospectives).

Develop a tangible and pragmatic vision of milestones to effectively coordinate dates with assigned teams.

Analyze problematic situations, actively intervene, and participate in solving complex problems, ensuring the implementation of effective solutions.

Ensure that targets are met within the expected timelines.

Adopt a solution-oriented approach and promote continuous communication with all stakeholders, internal and external.

Produce reports to monitor project progress and provide updates, adapting communication according to the audience.
Requirements

Relevant experience in team support as a project manager and scrum master for large-scale projects in large organizations.

Experience in facilitating workshops and managing Agile ceremonies as well as knowledge of Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).

Analytical mindset and critical thinking.

Strong communication and synthesis skills at all organizational levels, focused on collaboration.
-
PMP certification and general knowledge and experience in networking are desirable.
