DESCRIPTION

The IT Delivery group supporting the Financial Crime Enforcement sector is currently looking for an analyst who would like to contribute to the development of processes and applications for the sector and its business partners. This position is part of a transformation of the sector, including new working practices (agility) and a variety of initiatives of all sizes.


Would you like to find out more about the role you could be playing? As a Senior Analyst, you will :

  • Participate in highly strategic client initiatives relating to the prevention of money laundering, fraud and compliance

  • Contribute to obtaining a cross-functional view of the data flows required by systems for combating financial crime

  • Contribute to efforts to improve data quality, governance, availability and accessibility

  • Identifying and documenting data requirements and the business rules to be applied to them

  • Understand the strategy, issues and operational reality of business sectors in order to guide IT teams in developing innovative and efficient solutions

  • Identifying and mitigating the impact of transformation projects, ongoing programs and new initiatives

  • Ensure the operationalisation of new solutions (change management, quality assurance, process upgrades, transfer to operations)

  • Advising business sectors and IT management on the direction to take based on business objectives, current standards and regulations, and technological objectives and trends

  • Contribute to the strategic planning and Agile transformation of the sector

  • Contribute to advancing the client's business analysis practice


REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in data analysis in the delivery of large-scale projects

  • Experience in Agile Scrum delivery

  • Experience in data governance

  • Experience of data modelling (Dimensional Model, DataVault Model)

  • Experience in database architecture

  • Ability to influence stakeholders

  • Knowledge of fraud and compliance is an asset

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex IT concepts in simple terms

  • Focused on achieving objectives and meeting deadlines

  • Knowledge of SQL
