Description

• Flexible hourly rate

• Telecommuting: Hybrid, 1-2 days/week in downtown Montreal office.

• Bilingualism: Very desirable. French mandatory. English as functional as possible.

Responsibilities :

• Develop CI/CD pipelines: Design, implement and maintain continuous integration and deployment pipelines to ensure fast and reliable deliveries.

• Provision infrastructure as code: Use tools like Terraform to automate the management of our cloud infrastructure.

• Manage 100% AWS cloud environments: Ensure configuration, monitoring and optimization of AWS resources to guarantee performance and security.

• Manage AWS configurations: implement and maintain efficient, best-practice AWS configurations.

• Main technologies used: Terraform, Kubernetes, Istio, Helm, Docker, Confluent Cloud, Lambda, step functions, GitHub Actions, Snyk, SonarCube Main architectures: Microservices

Skills required :

• AWS certification: AWS certification would be a major asset.

• Finops practices: mastery and reduction of cloud infrastructure costs

• Mastery of DevOps practices: Solid skills in DevOps methodologies and tools.

• Agile practices: Experience in Agile environments for better collaboration and efficiency.

Desired experience :

• 5 years' experience: Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar position with proven expertise in integrating and deploying cloud solutions.

• Financial sector: Experience in the financial sector would be an asset, due to the sensitive and regulated nature of our services.
