Come work in multidisciplinary teams that manage and deliver business and technology projects for the Financial Markets, Wealth Management, Commercial, or Personal Banking sectors.
Your daily responsibilities:

Manage and implement large-scale business and technology projects prioritized by the business sector, fostering a motivating climate and demonstrating effective leadership.

Align a project plan involving multiple contributing teams, prioritize their activities and commitments, and establish close monitoring of their deliverables.

Oversee the alignment of key deliverables from contributing teams (e.g., architecture, analysis, testing, production deployment).

Manage stakeholders and maintain good relationships with internal and external collaborators.

Diagnose problematic situations, intervene, and resolve complex issues by implementing solutions.

Initiate changes and encourage rethinking of practices to improve continuously and meet objectives.

Optimize the continuous use of project resources to meet business sector objectives.

Identify and manage inherent project risks and issues constantly and proactively.

Produce various reports to monitor project progress and provide status updates while tailoring communication to the audience.

Ensure appropriate communication channels are established and maintain consistent communication with all stakeholders.
Required Profile:

Bachelor’s degree related to the field and 10 years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree and 8 years of relevant experience.

At least 7 years of experience as a project manager for large-scale projects in large enterprises.

Experience managing complex projects and multidisciplinary teams.

Experience delivering technology projects in the contact center domain.

Familiarity with Agile delivery methodology.

Rigorous, results-oriented, with negotiation skills.
