Mobile worker – in office Tues and Weds per week.

Hours per week 37.5/

Day-to-day basis.

Creating/launching LD programs, managing programs and providing analytics, and consulting with stakeholders etc.

We are launching a new Learning and Leadership Dev strategy so elements supporting that, we have a ROI for learning pilot, and a new assessment strategy that we need to deliver on.

Skill sets -

Leadership and career development program design, development, execution and ROI analysis, presentation and communication skills should be highly developed.

Experience managing multiple priorities and managing time appropriately to meet deadlines.

Qualifications -

5+ years, large enterprise experience

Interviews - Will ask for recent OD trend and highlights and to provide a short presentation on findings and recommendations.

Potential to hire full time - Depends on business need and performance


Responsible for all employee relations including performance management and discipline. Management of HR system including reporting, attendance and time reporting.

Provide on boarding training and facilitation.

Involved with labour planning and management.

Qualifications include:

University degree and CHRP;

Demonstrated experience as a HR Generalist;

Experience handling complex employee relationship issues;

Experience managing HR systems and technology; and

Ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information.
