Is remote work available? Ok for remote but would like the candidate to be in the office 1-2 days a week when needed

What are the top three functions of this role?

o Elicits, analyzes, specifies, and validates the business needs of stakeholders, customers or end users.

o Identifies and establishes scope and parameters of requirements analysis on a project-by-project basis to define project impact, outcome criteria, and metrics.

o Translates conceptual customer requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers/project team.

What are the top 3 skills sets you want to see on a candidate’s resume?

o Data and Analytics / Technology BA Experience, SQL experience is must

o Finance, Budget & Planning Experience (preference to those with Anaplan or SAP BPC experience)

o Experience capturing use cases, business rules, data transformations and translating it into technical requirements for various business processes. Writing test cases and test scripts, execution and helping with SIT/UAT

JOB DESCRIPTION:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Serve as a bridge between business users and technology teams to define and manage requirements.

Translate business requirements to functional design.

Prepare and document Functional and Technical Design specifications according to client standards and methodologies.

Eliciting, analyzing, documenting and validating business requirements, process flows, identifying system and process solution components, and producing functional specifications.

Carry out specific analysis depending on the project and present the results clearly and concisely

Ability to manage Multiple or Large Projects

Qualifications include:

Demonstrated business systems analysis experience;

Technology background;

Undergraduate degree; and

CBAP designation.
