• A bilingual resource is preferred(French and English), but French is not mandatory for this opportunity

Requirements

• 8+ years experience.

• Does work and is capable of being almost entirely self-directed (i.e., requires very little management).

• Able to act as a lead or supervisor to others.

• Either makes decisions or acts to help management make decisions.

• Under general direction, participate as a high-level technical expert in design development, coding, testing, and debugging new software or significant enhancements to existing software.

• Works with technical staff to understand problems with software and develop specifications to resolve them.

• May act as a team leader on less complex projects.

• Assists in training less experienced technical staff.

• Works under the general direction of a senior system integrator, project manager or functional IT manager
