Is remote work available? Hybrid formula. Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday are mandatory days in office.


Description of the typical day to day in this role.

  • The analyst work based on a queue of activity for the team. Top priority is the on going incident.

  • Then there’s the changes to do the prep work and their implementation.

  • The team of analyst work on a rotation overnight shift for changes and another rotation duty call for incident.

  • The main responsibility are to complete technical procedure for changes implementation, implementing changes within the right window and attending customer bridge for incident and helping resolving them.


Top 3 skills sets and qualifications

  • Certification on Cisco Firewall (ASA, ISE)

  • Certification on PaloAlto Panorama Firewall (PSCNE)

  • Certification on Fortinet Firewall (NSE5, NSE6, NSE 7)


What specific projects will be worked on?

  • The Analyst doesn’t work on project. It’s an operational role. He/she might contribute to some side project and helping the team to be more efficient.

  • Participate in the design, development and implementation of security initiatives to ensure the best possible measures are in place to maintain a secure operation.

  • Monitor, evaluate, and maintain systems and procedures to safeguard internal information systems and databases.

  • Develop, implement, and enforce security strategies, policies and procedures.

  • Analyze, recommend and implement security technologies such as firewalls, IDS (network and server), certificates and PKI.


Qualifications include:

  • Knowledge of information security technologies, networks, and operating systems;

  • Knowledge of risk management frameworks, industry best practices, security policy creation;

  • Expert understanding of routing and network protocols; and Undergraduate degree.
