Description

• Term of office: 12 months renewable

• Telecommuting: Hybrid 40% (2 days a week) - flexible

• Bilingualism: French: mandatory. English: mandatory

Your role

• Actively participate in Mainframe platform transformation projects

• Identify, analyze and document the business needs of our stakeholders

• Define solutions and write quality functional and technical briefs for development teams, including expected system behaviors, use cases and user interactions with the system.

• Assist and participate in the implementation of development and testing strategies and their automation

• Participate in the development of robust and stable solutions for all requirements

• Liaise between business needs and technological requirements

• Understand current processes & establish target processes by working closely with multiple stakeholders.

• Produce or participate in assessments of new requirements (projects and evolving requests)

• Produce functional analyses

• Understand processes and propose improvements

• Respect architecture targets

• As required, supervise other resources in the implementation of projects or evolutionary requests.

Prerequisites :

• Industry-related university degree or other diploma and several years' relevant experience

• Advanced knowledge of the mainframe platform

• Advanced knowledge of mainframe platform security (ACF2 or RACF)

• Experience in mainframe platform modernization

• Demonstrated experience in business, functional, technical and application analysis in a complex organization

• Practical experience of Agile development and delivery methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)

• Experience in solution integration and/or maintenance

• Experience in banking and/or finance desirable

• Ability to communicate, work in a team and manage priorities effectively.
