Description
Remote work from home with 2 days per month in office attendance required (preset in calendar)
Possibility of extension exists
Daily Activities: Answer customer calls, treating incident and service request for customer equipment, invoicing.
Interview Process: Two rounds - 1st virtual & 2nd in office
Roles and Responsibilities:

Responsible for responding to customer requests in a prompt, accurate, and professional manner

Develop and maintain good client relationships while ensuring confidentiality

Work with both internal and external teams to ensure the customer’s needs are met
-
Process customer requests through utilization of the CRM tool
-
Manage and update the inventory system
-
Complete service orders
-
Process invoices and complete billing
Critical Qualifications/Competencies:
-
As required to meet customer’s needs, successful candidate must pass the client's, OPP background checks as well as the one from the Sûreté du Québec to be able to work for this role

Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in customer service

Bilingualism in French/English is mandatory
