Being a Vulnerability Management Application Analyst at a customer site means..:

• Understanding the end-to-end integration (flows, consumers, providers, data, etc.) of all sub-components of the vulnerability management tool ecosystem.

• Keep the documentation of all ecosystem sub-components (Configuration Item - CI) in the Bank's asset management tool (CMDB - Configuration Management Data Base) up to date and at the expected level of compliance.

• Support the bank's application and development teams (internal customers) in integrating their business applications with vulnerability management services.

• Master vulnerability management integration patterns/recipes, in order to identify the one best suited to the needs of application teams and to the constraints of operational viability, efficiency and security required.

• Support the execution of integration requests and document them in the team's knowledge base

• Support existing customers' requests for vulnerability management services to resolve their problems

• Get involved when required in the resolution and analysis of production incidents and problems

• Contribute to the continuous improvement and automation of business project and user support processes

• Contribute to the development of analysis practices within the team.

You're the ideal candidate if you recognize yourself in many of the points below:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field

• Around 10 years' relevant professional experience as an IT and/or cybersecurity project delivery analyst

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• High sense of customer satisfaction

• Proven skills in analysis and synthesis

• Experience in Agile / SAFe methodology

• Fluency in French and English

• Experience in teams responsible for developing complex software solutions including back-end services (micro-service architecture) and customer interfaces

• DevSECOps mindset and culture

• Knowledge of the banking sector

• Knowledge of Cybersecurity. Particularly Vulnerability Management and Endpoint Asset Protection (asset)

• Knowledge of systems such as Tenable, Aquasec, Snyk, Brinqa to name but a few (asset)
