Reporting to: IT Architecture Director

Job Description:

The consultant will participate in the ERP system replacement project using SAP S/4HANA and associated technologies, contributing to the design and integration of SAP solutions while acting as a technological expert.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the design and integration of the application, information, and technology architecture of SAP solutions.

  • Act as a technological expert for SAP technologies with teams and vendors.

  • Gather technical requirements, design, and improve systems.

  • Develop transition plans between current and target architectures and recommend related projects.

  • Work on testing and deployment strategies.

  • Create proofs of concept to validate technological choices.

  • Participate in technical testing as needed.

  • Ensure compliance with targets and provide technical oversight for solutions.

  • Participate in workshops, develop solutions, and document designs using standardized templates.

  • Collaborate on test automation and maintenance with operational teams.

  • Identify blockers, propose solutions, and strengthen stakeholder support.

  • Ensure business requirements are incorporated into solutions and validated through implementation.

  • Represent the architecture department and lead the development of architecture requirements through delivery.

  • Perform other tasks to facilitate the integration of the SAP project into the existing ecosystem.


Required Qualifications:

  • University degree, college diploma, or equivalent experience in IT.

  • 5-7 years of experience as a solutions architect.

  • 2-5 years of demonstrated experience with SAP S/4HANA, including SAP RISE.

  • 5-7 years of experience with cloud solutions (Microsoft Azure).

  • Participation in 1-2 large-scale SAP S/4HANA projects in a similar role.

  • 2-3 years of experience in advanced identity management and identity federation.

  • Expertise in SAP S/4HANA, cloud infrastructure, and cybersecurity.

  • Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and leadership.

  • Ability to promote optimal solutions for complex problems.

  • Strong teamwork and client-oriented mindset.

  • Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously.

  • Autonomy, rigor, and excellent writing skills.

  • Fluency in French (spoken and written) is mandatory; functional English is recommended.

  • Knowledge of agile methodologies (nice to have).


Specific Details:

  • Hybrid: Primarily remote, with some on-site presence based on project needs or agreements with the IT Architecture Director.
