Your role

  • Oversee and facilitate the daily activities and ceremonies of 2 squads within the International Payment IT team.

  • Support the Product Owner (PO) in prioritizing and refining activities.

  • Support the manager in the sound management of the various initiatives surrounding the team (budgets, schedules, risks and issues, asset management, etc.).

  • Coach less-experienced colleagues in the use of agile methodology, and suggest improvements to support the delivery of functionalities.

  • Diagnose problem situations, facilitate their resolution by ensuring the implementation of solutions

  • Constantly and proactively raise risks and issues inherent in initiatives

  • Manage stakeholders and maintain good relations with internal and external collaborators

  • Support your team and other initiative managers in managing interdependencies and blockers.

  • As part of a large team of 30 colleagues in the IT Payment Delivery area, you will report to the Senior Manager.


Skills required

  • Completed Bachelor's degree, related to the business sector, and several years of relevant experience or other degree, related to the business sector and several years of relevant experience

  • Knowledge of agile methodologies (SAFe) and Scrum Master role essential

  • Experience in IT and employee experience projects, an asset

  • Analytical and critical thinking skills

  • Good communication and synthesis skills at all levels of the organization

  • Effective cooperation and accountability

  • Knowledge of Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence).
