Your role:

In SAFe mode, contribute to the planning, organization, and delivery of functions that maximize value for our various business partners.

Facilitate the daily activities of an inspiring multidisciplinary team that adheres to best software development practices.

Diagnose problematic situations and ensure the implementation of solutions.

Support the product owner in prioritizing and refining activities.
-
Assist the manager by proactively raising issues.

Coordinate deployments with your team members.

As needed, act as an agile coach for less experienced colleagues.

Maintain good relationships with internal and external collaborators.

Support your team in managing interdependencies and blockers.
Your profile:

Well-established experience as a Scrum Master for at least 3 years (desired profile: advanced / principal).

Bachelor's degree or other relevant diploma in the field, plus over 5 years of relevant experience.

Strong knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and the SAFe framework.

Proactive, active, and responsive, wanting to help your team deliver.

Adaptable, collaborative, and strong team spirit.

Ability to communicate issues, risks, and business objectives clearly.

Knowledge of Atlassian suite tools such as Jira and Confluence.

Bilingualism in French/English is necessary, as you will interact with partners across Canada and abroad.
