Duration: 1 year
Bilingualism: Mandatory English and French
Flexible hourly rate according to Skill Set.
Temp-to-perm: Yes, the client wishes to offer the selected candidate the possibility of becoming a permanent employee at the end of the one-year contract period.
Telecommuting: Hybrid 40%, office in Montreal, downtown.

This is a multidisciplinary team that develops applications related to account openings and the management of client investment profiles.

Your role:

In SAFe mode, contribute to the planning, organization and delivery of functions ensuring maximum value for our various business partners
Facilitate the day-to-day activities of an inspiring multi-disciplinary team that respects software development best practices.
Diagnose problem situations and ensure solutions are implemented
Support the product owner in prioritizing and refining activities
Support the manager by proactively raising issues
Coordinate deployments with your team members
If necessary, act as agile coach to less experienced colleagues
Maintain good relations with internal and external collaborators
Support your team in managing interdependencies and blockers.

Your profile

Well-established experience as a Scrum Master of at least 3 years (profile sought: advanced / senior)
Bachelor's degree or other industry-related diploma and more than 5 years' relevant experience
Strong knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and the SAFe framework
Go-getter, active, reactive, eager to help team deliver
Adaptable, collaborative and a strong team player
Ability to explain issues, risks and business objectives in simple terms
Knowledge of Atlassian suite tools such as Jira and Confluence
Bilingualism French/English required, as you will be dealing with partners across Canada and abroad
