CTC007561 - Functional Analyst (SAP Ariba Expert)

Open hourly rate
6-month renewable term
Remote work: Hybrid model preferred, 100% telecommuting accepted. Workplace: Montreal.
Bilingualism: Documentation in French, bilingual team, French or English speaking candidates accepted.

Job description:

Not someone technical who would help them implement the solution in the application for them.
Someone who helps and guides them through the process that the project team wants to implement in the application.
KY3P know your third party process: know the suppliers with whom the customer does business, assess the inherent risks of these suppliers.

Mandate:

Manager's expectations:

Knowledge of Ariba SAP modules in general
Knowledge of the Risk Supplier module
Knowledge of KY3P processes (supplier and risk management)
Knowledge/experience of how to implement these processes in Ariba
Understanding of the financial, banking and OSFI (Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions) context
Proactiveness in process management
Ability to listen to needs
Curiosity to understand the project/context
High level of analytical skills
Autonomous
Business analyst/functional analyst background an asset
Fluency and clarity of speech (English / French)

Desired experience :

Experience on a similar mandate in the financial sector
Ideally having participated in the implementation phase
Ideally, the person with a background in third-party management for a bank could provide us with recommendations on best market practices in relation to residual risk management.
Ideally, the person with a background in third-party management for a bank could advise us on the creation of forms, approval flows, advice on optimizing our practices.
As a possible role-play, documentation (not to be filled in) will potentially be provided for candidates selected for an interview.
