** This role would mainly be a JR PM with financial experience in SAP and able to pull reports and extract to Excel and able to provide monthly YEE and able to explain variances

This person would work with Financial primes sponsors for large projects for Government client.
Strong knowledge of SAP to be able to manage project financials eg:
Pulling data from SAP (Actuals/Forecast,
obtain YEE monthly forecast from project team members,
Strong communication skills to be able to communicate with sponsor Financial primes, respond/answer questions on variances, forecast with myself & financial prime
French not required

Day to day -

person would mainly be working project financials for some major client initiatives.

Gather monthly YEE forecast from all project team members based on budget approved.

Answer any financial questions from team, provide Network and Activities (NWA’S) for teams to charged in SAP for their work.

pull SAP reports and build Cost work book, able to have any budget discussion/reviews with sponsors/stakeholders & myself.

Able to explain any variances between actuals based on forecast.

1-3 years experience.
Usually inputs to one or several projects of a smaller nature with no direct reports.
Plans and coordinates all aspects of internal information system-specific projects from initiation to delivery.
Projects may involve network, server, or software implementation and upgrades, PC deployment, process improvement, etc.
Coordinates work performed by IT staff and internal customers/partners by defining project requirements, performing feasibility and needs/impact assessments.
Develops detailed project plans and manages all implementation processes including resource allocation, progress tracking, monitoring change control process, testing, documentation, training and on-time delivery within budget constraints.
Projects limited in number, size and complexity.
Usually works under the direction of a senior project/program manager.
