Contract Duration: 10 months, renewable
Remote Work: Hybrid 40% (2 days per week) in the office, downtown Montreal
Bilingualism: French: mandatory. English: an asset

Responsibilities:

• Support product owners, business line partners, and IT teams in decision-making and deliverables.

• Define the scope of processes to be optimized and proactively manage activity planning for various deliverables.

• Facilitate workshops with multiple stakeholders of varying levels and expertise.

• Model current and target processes based on the Bank's mapping practices (BPM).

• Conduct high-level and detailed impact analyses from all process perspectives with the help of experts.

• Apply best practices to identify and draft business requirements (functional, non-functional, informational, transitional), understand their interconnections, and ensure traceability.

• Define and identify user test scenarios and support users in operational transfer.

• Provide recommendations for user change management strategies for the solution.

Prerequisites:

• A university degree related to the field and several years of relevant experience.

• Skills and experience in business analysis.

• Experience in end-to-end business process transformation, change management, and continuous improvement.

• Knowledge of business process mapping: modeling, BPMN, Lean approach.

• Experience with test scenarios and user support.

• Strategic thinking, analytical, synthesis, and communication skills.

Desirable:

• Knowledge of Agile methodology (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.).

• Familiarity with the Bank’s accounting processes.

• Experience in Operational and Finance projects.
