Description

• Flexible hourly rate

• 2 days a week at office in downtown Montreal

• French mandatory and English desirable

Your role

• Produce technological solutions that meet business needs and are aligned with architectural orientations

• Influence architecture decisions and orientations in the automation of development processes

• Collaborate with technical teams (solution and data architects, functional analysts, developers, etc.) and be able to challenge proposals

• Act as reference expert for technological aspects of the product

• Diagnose problem situations and help resolve complex issues

• Contribute actively to deliveries with development teams.

Your team

• As Lead Developer, you will be part of a team of 4 developers and an analyst. You will work in collaboration with the Wealth Management (Financière Bancaire) and Financial Market (Courtage Direct Bancaire) business lines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or other industry-related diploma and more than six years' relevant experience

• Demonstrated experience of at least 3 years as a designer or application architect in a software delivery team

• Mastery of Cloud concepts and technologies, REST APIs, web and API security, real-time data flows, Kafka and MQ

• Knowledge of Jenkins, git, Docker and Nexus tools

• Experience in agile delivery: Scrum, SAFe or DevOps

• Adaptability in a changing environment
