Position Overview:
The Release Train Engineer (RTE) will be responsible for managing and coordinating agile teams within the client's financial crime domain. The RTE will ensure the implementation and proper functioning of SAFe processes within the Agile Release Train (ART), facilitating the planning, execution, and delivery of value increments.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordination and Facilitation: Lead and optimize SAFe ceremonies such as Program Increment (PI) Planning, Inspect & Adapt (I&A), and System Demos.

  • Agile Release Train (ART) Management: Coordinate agile teams and ensure alignment of priorities with the company’s goals.

  • Performance Monitoring: Track train KPIs, identify impediments, and work with teams to resolve them.

  • Communication and Collaboration: Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders, teams, and different organizational levels to ensure seamless communication.

  • Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement by implementing SAFe best practices and guiding teams in adopting agile methodologies.

  • Risk and Dependency Management: Identify, monitor, and manage risks and dependencies between teams and ARTs.


Required Profile:

  • Experience in project management within an agile framework with a solid understanding of SAFe.

  • Previous experience as a Release Train Engineer or in a large-scale agile management role.

  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, capable of motivating and inspiring teams.

  • Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

  • SAFe RTE certification (or equivalent) is highly desirable.

  • Experience with agile management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
