Reporting to: IT Solutions Manager
Job Description:
The consultant will primarily work in the SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) module, analyzing, configuring, and supporting SAP warehouse management solutions. They will participate in operational activities and projects for production systems.
Key Responsibilities:

Investigate incidents, problems, and change requests.

Recommend best practices and propose value-added solutions.

Gather and analyze business, functional, and non-functional requirements.

Participate in the planning and estimation of activities and deliverables.

Actively participate in workshops to design tailored solutions.

Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
-
Configure the SAP EWM module and document configurations.
-
Prepare and document test cases, and execute tests.
-
Participate in updates and enhancements for the SAP EWM module.

Act as an expert to guide team members in developing their expertise in SAP EWM.
Required Qualifications:

University degree in IT or management (or equivalent experience).

3-5 years of experience in a similar role.

At least 5 years of experience in SAP EWM analysis and configuration with S/4HANA.

1-2 SAP S/4HANA project participations (nice to have).

SAP EWM certification (nice to have).

Knowledge of agile methodologies (nice to have).

Dual expertise in IT and business domains.

Ability to promote optimal solutions for complex problems.

Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and leadership.

Strong team spirit and client-oriented mindset.

Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously.

Excellent writing skills.

Fluency in French (spoken and written) is mandatory; functional English is recommended.
Specific Details:
-
100% remote, with occasional on-site presence in Montreal based on project needs.

Work within the Eastern Canada (EST) time zone.

Most requests are operational, related to production systems (fixes, enhancements, upgrades).
