  • Term of contract: 12 months renewable

  • Telecommuting: 2 days per week at the office - mandatory

  • Bilingualism: French: mandatory. English: an asset


More details on your role :

  • Analyze, execute and document requests related to insurance applications, assess impacts on existing environment.

  • Identify potential conflicts of activities in the overall schedule and collaborate with other IT groups and partners involved

  • Handle and follow up on various requests (incidents, problems, support requests, etc.)

  • Participate in managing the hygiene of communications tools (e-mail, Teams channels, Jira, etc.).

  • Communicate activities to project, business and other IT teams.

  • Carry out operational support in partnership with colleagues, analyze and qualify requests by eliminating issues

  • Participate in the evolution of process orientations and supporting tools

  • Ensure good IT hygiene of the application base under our sector's responsibility

  • Analyze and qualify application support requests from users and internal or external partners

  • Work with customer teams and external suppliers to ensure the prevention, detection and resolution of application failures.


Profile required

  • College diploma related to the industry and five years of relevant experience OR Bachelor's degree related to the industry and two years of relevant experience

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to manage priorities

  • Willingness to work outside regular business hours as required

  • Strong analytical skills, rigor and attention to detail

  • Strong interpersonal skills, customer-oriented

  • Experience in IT, managing applications in complex ecosystems (changes, maintenance, evolution), an asset

  • Knowledge of collaborative work tools: Jira, Confluence, MS Office365, ServiceNow an asset

  • Knowledge of initiative and operations management methodologies: Agile (Scrum, Kanban), ITIL, DevOps, or other

  • Understanding of delivery cycle/incident and problem management life cycle desirable
