This candidate must be located in Ottawa and must be able to work in the office a few times a week by sharing days with existing employee.

Part remote and part in office.

Must be bilingual to help with tasks in Montreal and Ottawa as well as the Atlantic customers.

Interviews will be held in both French and English - Virtual, 2 interview process, Maybe in person at 2nd interview

Remote work however required to attend office team meeting once or twice a month is candidate is in Montreal.

Day to day - Catering to customer requests, calls, emails. Opening service tickets and incidents. Billing clients.

Hire for mid May

Full time - Possibility after 1 year if candidate meets requirements and if position approved. Possibility to extend a contract as well.

Job Duties:

Responsible for responding to customer requests in a prompt, accurate and professional manner.

Handle any inquiries which require investigation or follow-up.

Ensure requests and inquiries are transferred to the appropriate area.

Develop and maintain good client relationships while ensuring confidentiality.

Use call tracking systems to log all inquiries for documentation purposes.

Qualifications include: Previous customer service experience; Excellent communication skills; and Ability to handle tasks in a professional manner.
