• Flexible hourly rate

• Telecommuting: Hybrid 40% (2 days per week)

• Bilingualism: Knowledge of French and English Mandatory

Your role

• Master the concepts and processes related to Identity and Access Management.

• Understand the end-to-end consumption of IAM services (other services and applications).

• Conceptualize and implement Performance Indicators as well as maintain and promote them over time.

• Be able to understand, popularize and map data into business concepts (documentation, processes and diagrams).

• Present and support partners in understanding and using our services.

• Take a holistic view of our service offering, our customers, our partners and the dependencies between them.

Prerequisites

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field

• Approximately 5 years' relevant professional experience as a data or application analyst.

• Mastery of data analysis and reporting tools such as PowerBI.

• Proven ability in analysis, synthesis and popularization.

• Knowledge of identity and access management required.

• Knowledge of tools and concepts a big plus: authentication, authorization, SSO, MFA, PAM.

• Experience in Agile / SAFe methodology an asset.
