Hybrid work model – in the office 2 days per week.
Day-to-day basis - Work with cross-functional teams on various acquisition lights-on and campaign initiatives that include executing and updating existing digital tactics along with launching new tactics in order to drive new customer subscribers for pure fibre Internet and mobile phones.
Tactics to include digital banners, video, SEM, social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Pinterest), digital store flyers, and more.
What are the top three functions of this role? (Top duties the contractor will be accountable for)
Manage and deliver tactics for always-on and ad campaigns
Work with internal and external advertising agency/partners
Review creative and deliver consolidated feedback and approvals
What will the contractor need to deliver in their initial 1–6 months?
Clear understanding of team processes and contributing to key revenue driving campaigns

Excellent written and oral communication skills, detail oriented, project management
Which qualifications are essential, if any, for the role?
Digital advertising experience in a fast paced environment
Experience with executing ad campaigns from start to finis
An understanding of budgets and measurement/analysis
Understanding of marketing communications along with experience in an advertising agency or working with advertising campaigns, including experience with digital media including social, SEM and display.
Any testing in the interviews/Interview format

Responsible for the management of marketing material to include products, brochures, newsletters, online media, and campaigns.
Manage all communication plans and assist with marketing portfolios.
Provide content to update marketing materials.
Drive new initiatives to meet and increase operational targets.
Qualifications include:
University degree or Certificate;
and Demonstrated marketing experience, developing marketing materials, developing marketing plans, providing creative input, and executing marketing projects.
