The Role:

Reporting to the Senior Manager – Digital HR, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest user satisfaction, understanding our ecosystem, drive improvement to existing processes, address root cause of recurring problems. You will be hands on collaborating, supporting the systems and processes that are critical to our people.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day user support and triaging of tickets

  • Manage user life-cycle management for our HRIS

  • Provide service management related reports

  • Submit and manage the vendor ticket queue

  • Monitor and manage system events

  • Perform standard changes on HRIS using standard change management practises


Critical Competencies:

  • Understand the employee journey and events within a complex enterprise environment

  • Troubleshooting user and system issues to uphold service level agreements

  • Someone who knows how to problem solve with little guidance on SaaS tools within secure and segmented environments

  • Ability to work under pressure, manage incoming requests, prioritize and resolve problems simultaneously


Preferred Competencies:

  • Bachelor's degree in HRIS, IT or related field of study

  • Working knowledge of SuccessFactors HCM modules (BizX, Recruitment, JAM)

  • Working knowledge in data analysis and data manipulation with large datasets

  • Working knowledge of network, integration and cloud systems

  • Bilingualism is an asset (English and French)
