Remote work:

• 3 days per week in office

Typical day to day in this role.

• Would include project activities and support activities for the applications

Project activities include:

• Assessments

• Requirement elicitation

• SRS/User story drafting and review

• Support of dev team question and support of the SFT, E2E and UAT testing cycles

• Support activities would include production issue triage and root cause analysis, communication of issues and resolution and application maintenance

• Depending on the available respondents 1 round of interview which can be virtual or in person depending on the location of the individual (Ottawa in person any other location virtual)

More Details

• 7+ years experience.

• Experience in multiple business areas and on multiple project types and can incorporate interdepartmental dependencies and inpact into project.

• Leads and coaches other business analysts at all levels.

• Acts as a liaison between the IT development group and business units for the development and implementation of new systems and enhancement of existing systems;

• Evaluates new applications and identifies systems requirements;

• Evaluates new IT developments and evolving business requirements, and recommends appropriate systems alternatives and/or enhancements to current systems;

• Prepares communications and makes presentations on system enhancements and/or alternatives.

• Works under the direction of a project manager.
