CTC007648 - Data Architect

Your mandate :

Manage data-related aspects of solutions: data flow, identification of reliable sources, analysis/profiling, integration models, design/modeling and optimization of data management and exposure.
Define the most appropriate data integration and exposure methods for the investment domain, taking into account specific needs and with a view to solution sustainability.
Participate in the data governance process.
Ensure the alignment of solutions with both functional and non-functional requirements (data volume, data frequency and long-term growth).
Ensure alignment of data solutions with corporate data integration models.
Document data solutions and maintain data artifacts in PowerDesigner and Confluence (data flows, data models, message models, value domains, etc.). Contribute to data innovation.

Prerequisites:

Experience in positions such as data architect or other leadership role focused on data management, with an emphasis on systems integration.
Solid experience in data modeling, covering conceptual, logical and physical aspects, in both transactional and informational contexts.
Understanding of reference data, master data and authoritative data source concepts.
Mastery of data integration solutions, including microservices and streaming.
Experience in a governed data context and use of an enterprise data catalog.
Understanding of data management strategies, including business intelligence, analytics, data warehousing, data virtualization, etc.
Excellent skills in analyzing data flows and understanding impacts between systems.
Experience with PowerDesigner
Basic knowledge of data security and access management.
Knowledge of the investment industry is an asset.
Bachelor's degree in an industry-related field, with 10 years' relevant experience.
Relevant certifications (e.g. Data Management Professional) are an asset.
Experience with agile methodologies
Strong synthesis, analysis and popularization skills
