Project Overview

As part of this mandate, the full-stack developer will actively participate in the design and development of WinDev, WebDev, and SQL Server systems supporting various business processes of the City of Trois Rivieres.

Responsibilities :

• Contribute to the design and development of the software solution

• Propose technological solutions as needed

• Collaborate with the team to break down and estimate tasks

• Program and document according to standards and best practices

• Perform unit testing and ensure code quality (documentation, code review)

• Ensure incremental delivery and demonstrate results at the end of each iteration

• Work closely with the product owner and participate in solution deployments

• Ensure project continuity and development quality

Requirements :

• Experience as a full-stack developer

• Proficiency in WinDev, WebDev, SQL Server

• Strong front-end and back-end development skills, including Web Services

• Familiarity with project management tools and user interactions

• Excellent French communication skills (oral and written)

• Commitment to the full duration of the project

Special Conditions :

• Any resource replacement must be approved by the City and include a transition at no cost

• A second resource may be added depending on needs and availability
