Description

Contract Duration: 12 months, renewable

Work Mode: 1 day every two weeks in the office - mandatory, located in downtown Montreal

Bilingualism: French: mandatory. English: intermediate level mandatory

Description:

• Master concepts and processes related to Identity and Access Management (IAM).

• Experience with the SailPoint IdentityIQ tool (or equivalent).

• Ability to fully manage the end-to-end consumption of IAM services by the Bank's various consumers (other services and applications).

• Contribute to identifying dependencies and operational requirements to ensure quality and impact-free delivery and deployments.

• Be able to simplify, diagram, and document technological and business concepts (documentation, processes, and diagrams).

• Contribute to improving analysis practices within the team.

Prerequisites:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.

• Approximately 5 years of relevant professional experience as an operational analyst or in IT project delivery and/or cybersecurity.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong sense of customer satisfaction and a natural inclination for collaboration.

• Proven skills in analysis, synthesis, and simplification.

• Mandatory knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM).

• Familiarity with the following tools and concepts is a strong plus: Authentication, Authorization, SSO, MFA, PAM.

• Experience with Agile/SAFe methodology is an asset.

• Fluency in French and English.
