Description:

• Reporting to the Senior Director of Operations and Security, you will act as an analyst to operate all of the customer's network environments.

• You will participate in or be in charge of the development, implementation, updating, and support of the network infrastructure, in compliance with policies, norms, and standards.

More specifically, your role in the team will be to:

• Diagnose problematic situations and intervene in the resolution of complex incidents and problems while ensuring the implementation of permanent corrections, with a continuous improvement perspective

• Supervise the deployment of new network infrastructure solutions

• Analyze change requests concerning network infrastructure, evaluate impacts on existing applications, suggest and implement appropriate modifications

• Monitor network services availability, track incidents/problems and provide root cause analysis to define corrections to be applied

• Understand business issues, identify network infrastructure needs of stakeholders and propose technological solutions to support their activities

• Implement network changes while minimizing impacts

• Perform various complex analyses, identify gaps and formulate recommendations to optimize system efficiency and resolve significant problems

• Provide management with all information to influence directions and strategies related to network infrastructure

• Automation of our environments

• Create and maintain network diagram documentation

Requirements:

• Related Bachelor's degree and seven years of relevant experience

• In-depth knowledge of programming languages for automation (Python)

• Excellent experience in incident resolution in a Cisco environment

• Strong knowledge of network technologies/concepts (Switch, Router, Firewall, WAN accelerator, VPN, Load-Balancer, F5, DNS, Proxy, QoS)

• Experience in Network troubleshooting in AWS Cloud environment (Security-group, terraform, yaml, firewalling)

• Knowledge of network tools (Wireshark, Zabbix, LogicMonitor, etc.)

• Excellent ability to work in complex environments and assimilate complex technological concepts

• CCNP certification required • AWS certification desirable

• ITIL certification desirable

• Strong oral and written communication skills
