Here are the challenges and responsibilities awaiting you as a Project Manager in the Cybercrimes Technology Delivery team:

Ensure the management and implementation of large-scale technological projects prioritized by the sector, by creating a climate conducive to motivation.
Optimize the use of project resources on an ongoing basis to achieve sector objectives
Constantly and proactively raise and manage project risks and issues
Produce the various reports needed to monitor the progress of project work and provide status updates, while adapting communication to the audience.
Manage stakeholders and maintain good relations with internal and external collaborators
Produce the various reports needed to monitor the project's progress and provide status reports, while adapting communication to the audience.
Diagnose problematic situations, intervene and get involved in the resolution of complex problems by ensuring the implementation of solutions.

The ideal profile for this position:

Bachelor's degree related to the business sector and 7-10 years' relevant experience
Experience in coordinating agile teams and knowledge of development methodologies (traditional, agile)
Knowledge of Jira + Atlassian suite, X-Ray, Easy BI, Power BI and MSOffice tools
Ability to manage several files simultaneously and work under pressure
Demonstrated interpersonal and informal leadership skills
Rigor in the execution of tasks and communications
Bilingualism (spoken/written) in French and English.
