Description

As a Senior Functional Analyst, you will contribute to the implementation of our new architecture and the transformation of our technological ecosystem to enhance the experience of the clients employees. You will participate in large-scale projects that will allow you to excel while creating strong collaborative links with different sectors of the client.

Your role:

• Interact with various stakeholders to understand the business needs, data, and processes of the Bank

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (business line, developers, analysts, solution architect, etc.) and be able to offer different analyses (process, functional, data, QA)

• Diagnose problematic situations/processes and intervene in their resolution

• Understand the impacts of technology on processes, applications, and business data to enrich the analyses carried out

• Be accountable for the quality of the analyses and tests carried out

• Prepare an execute the functional and end-to-end test plan

• Develop yourself and acquire related skills to adapt to needs

Requirements:

• Bilingualism (French and English).

• Demonstrated experience in functional and data analysis

• Demonstrated experience in planning and executing tests in a complex ecosystem

• Knowledge of concepts, technologies, and solutions of a modern ecosystem: Saas, API, microservices, Cloud, etc.

• Experience with Atlassian products (Confluence, JIRA, X-Ray)

• Experience in Agile delivery

• Rigor, autonomy, and great ability to take charge

• Sense of initiative and collaboration

• Demonstrated communication skills with technical experts and executives
