Role
-
A technical contributor role that analyzes needs and gaps, writes functional specifications, and configures the solution.

Understand business challenges, identify and analyze the needs of clients and business partners, document requests, and prepare recommendations to design or adapt systems that meet the needs and facilitate decision-making.

Perform various complex analyses, identify gaps, and make recommendations to optimize system efficiency and solve significant problems.

Produce functional analyses and collaborate on testing (test plans and scenarios, execution, and verification of tests).

Analyze system change requests, assess the impact on existing applications, suggest and implement appropriate modifications.

Provide support to address user requests or issues affecting existing applications.

Advise and guide the development team and the product owner by recommending different functional alternatives aligned with the architecture.

Good understanding of sales and service processes.

Map functional requirements with system and application functions and features.
Prerequisites
-
Completed Bachelor's degree related to the field and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or another diploma related to the field with several years of relevant experience.

Act as a senior IT expert analyst aligned with technological targets.

Experience in the banking and/or financial sector is desirable.

Proven experience in functional analysis in a complex organization.

Proven experience in writing functional requirements.

Proficiency in the Ms Office suite and collaboration tools.

Knowledge of Agile methodology and DevOps.

Knowledge of JIRA/Tempo/Confluence.

Strong communication skills, teamwork, and ability to manage priorities effectively.
