Being a QA for this customer:

Taking leadership of quality, including planning and execution, across various expert teams.

Establishing a cross-functional testing strategy by involving different teams.

Understanding and validating the testability of business and functional requirements.
-
Planning, preparing, and executing tests.
-
Challenging and participating in bug prioritization.
-
Identifying, documenting, communicating, and managing anomalies, risks, and potential impacts by providing reports or dashboards.

Strengthening or defining processes when gaps are observed.
You are the ideal candidate if you master:

Quality assurance practices and their various strategies.
-
Relevant experience in stakeholder management and leadership.
-
Proficiency in quality management tools like JIRA XRay.
-
Good knowledge of technological ecosystems.
-
Experience with tools like SoapUI, ReadyAPI, and Postman.

Bilingualism (English/French).
A significant plus:

Knowledge of technological ecosystems in contact centers.
