Being a QA for this customer:

  • Taking leadership of quality, including planning and execution, across various expert teams.

  • Establishing a cross-functional testing strategy by involving different teams.

  • Understanding and validating the testability of business and functional requirements.

  • Planning, preparing, and executing tests.

  • Challenging and participating in bug prioritization.

  • Identifying, documenting, communicating, and managing anomalies, risks, and potential impacts by providing reports or dashboards.

  • Strengthening or defining processes when gaps are observed.

You are the ideal candidate if you master:

  • Quality assurance practices and their various strategies.

  • Relevant experience in stakeholder management and leadership.

  • Proficiency in quality management tools like JIRA XRay.

  • Good knowledge of technological ecosystems.

  • Experience with tools like SoapUI, ReadyAPI, and Postman.

  • Bilingualism (English/French).

A significant plus:

  • Knowledge of technological ecosystems in contact centers.
