Hourly Rate: Flexible
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (40% in-office, 2 days per week mandatory), office located in downtown Montreal
Language Requirement: Bilingual (French and English mandatory)

Your Role:

• Create the conditions for successful project delivery.

• Remove obstacles for squads and contribute to organizing agile ceremonies (daily scrum, planning, demo, etc.).

• Promote agile values and principles and facilitate the continuous improvement of multidisciplinary teams.

• Coach teams to ensure deliveries meet the desired quality and the "Definition of Done" agreed upon with the Product Owner.

• Build effective, autonomous teams delivering end-to-end solutions while making the delivered business value visible.

• Support Product Owners and collaborate with PMs and other stakeholders.

• Track sprint progress with squads until delivery.

• Implement and monitor metrics (‘sprint burndown,’ ‘velocity,’ ‘flow time,’ sunset graph, etc.) with squads.

• Provide visibility into squad capacity to senior digital directors.

• Assist PMs with managing internal change requests within the program and from consumer projects.

• Support the program director and PMs in tracking and coordination efforts.
