Description

• Duration: 1-year term

• Bilingualism: Desirable but not mandatory. French mandatory.

• Maximum rate: 105$/h

• Telecommuting: Hybrid, 2 days/week downtown Montreal office.

Your role:

• Ensure the management and implementation of large-scale technological projects prioritized by the sector, by creating a climate conducive to motivation.

• Optimize the use of project resources on an ongoing basis to achieve the sector's objectives

• Diagnose problem situations, intervene and get involved in the resolution of complex problems, ensuring that solutions are implemented

• Raise and manage project risks and issues in a constant and proactive manner

• Produce the various reports needed to monitor the progress of project work and provide status updates, while adapting communication to the audience.

• Ensure alignment between the IT and Business teams regarding the various interdependencies affecting your project

• Be a transformational agent to promote our values and ensure constant communication with all internal and external stakeholders

Prerequisites:

• Bachelor's degree and 7 years' relevant experience or Master's degree and 5 years' relevant experience

• At least 5 years' experience as a project manager in large-scale, corporate projects

• Experience in workshop facilitation and coaching

• Comfortable with Agile delivery methods

• Knowledge of Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence) mandatory
