CTC007541 - IT Delivery Analyst - Fighting financial crime

DESCRIPTION

Are you interested in IT challenges in the field of money laundering and fraud?
The IT Delivery group supporting the Financial Crime Enforcement sector is currently looking for an analyst who would like to contribute to the evolution of processes and applications for the sector and its business partners.

As an Application Analyst, you will :

Support and upgrade complex applications.
Understand the strategy, issues and operational realities of business sectors in order to guide IT teams in the development of innovative and efficient solutions.
Identify and mitigate the impact of transformation projects, ongoing programs and new initiatives.
Ensure the operationalization of new solutions (change management, quality assurance, process upgrades, transfer to operations)
Advise business sectors and IT management on directions to be taken based on business objectives, current standards and regulations, and technological objectives and trends.

PREREQUISITES

Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field and 5 years' relevant experience.
Experience supporting and analyzing complex applications.
SQL / Linux / Networking experience an asset.
Knowledge of fraud and compliance is an asset.
Excellent communication skills and ability to popularize complex IT concepts.
Focused on meeting objectives and deadlines.
Bilingualism (spoken/written) in French and English is essential.
