Introduction:
CTC is actively seeking an experienced Project Manager / Scrum Master as we engage in a high-stakes RFP. This role is critical for leading our project teams in an Agile environment, ensuring the delivery of solutions that meet stringent scope, quality, schedule, and cost constraints. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the management of one or more significant IT projects from inception to completion.
Manage project scope, timelines, quality, and budget to meet the specific requirements of each mandate.
Mobilize, lead, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including both internal personnel and external suppliers, to achieve project goals.
Utilize in-depth knowledge of project management tools such as MS Project Online, Microsoft 365, and Jira to plan, execute, and track project progress.
Facilitate clear and effective communication across all levels of project management, ensuring transparency and alignment with project goals.
Secure and maintain stakeholder commitment and ensure continuous engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
Apply Agile methodologies and practices effectively, acting as both a leader and coach within the project team.
Requirements:
University degree in Computer Science, Management, or a related field.
Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in Agile IT project management, preferably as a Project Manager.
Demonstrated experience managing large-scale projects involving multiple administrative units and external suppliers, ideally in contexts similar to that of the Owner.
Certifications such as PMP, Agile, or SAFe Agile are highly regarded.
Excellent mobilization and communication skills, with a results-oriented mindset.
Proven ability to manage complex project environments and deliver within agreed parameters.
