Job Description:
The senior .NET developer will be responsible for developing and supporting transactional and informational web applications based on Microsoft technologies. They will be involved in all stages of the software development cycle, from testing to deployment, ensuring high-quality and performance-driven components.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and test required components based on functional requirements.

Assist the analyst in performing functional tests.
-
Support the organic architect in deploying new components.
-
Participate in data preparation for testing.
-
Provide support for all levels of testing (functional, integration, acceptance, performance, pre-production).

Provide production support and implement required fixes.
-
Transfer expertise and train CNESST resources.
-
Document and transfer knowledge to internal teams.
-
Handle any other responsibilities related to a senior .NET developer role.
Required Qualifications:
-
10 years of experience in information technology.
-
6 years of experience in developing transactional and informational web applications with Microsoft technologies:
-
1 year of experience with Microsoft .NET Core 6 and Blazor.

1 year of experience with SQL Server or Oracle.
-
2 years of experience developing with Visual Studio 2017 or later.
-
1 year of experience in responsive web development (responsive design).
-
Experience with at least 4 of the following technologies:

ASP.NET, Visual Basic .NET, C# .NET

MVC.NET (version 5 or later)

Team Foundation System (TFS)

JavaScript, jQuery

Specific Details:
-
100% remote work with possible occasional travel based on project needs.

Work within the Eastern Canada (EST) time zone.

French (spoken and written) is mandatory.
