Description

• Duration: 12 months renewable

• Telecommuting: Hybrid 40% (2 days a week) - mandatory

• Bilingualism: French: mandatory. English: mandatory

• Hourly rate is flexible

• We're looking for 3 resources, 1 Senior / 2 Intermediate positions

Your role 

• Identify, analyze and document the business and functional needs of our stakeholders

• Define solutions and write quality functional and technical briefs for development teams, including expected system behaviors, use cases and user interactions with the system.

• Assist and participate in the implementation of development and testing strategies and their automation

• Participate in the development of robust and stable solutions for all requirements

• Liaise between business needs and technological requirements

• Analyze data and participate in end-to-end testing

• Understand current processes & establish target processes by working closely with multiple stakeholders.

Prerequisites

• University degree, industry related, and six years of relevant experience (senior position) / three years of relevant experience (mid-level position)

• Demonstrated experience in business, functional, technical and application analysis in a complex organization

• Experience in Agile delivery

• Experience in producing detailed and relevant user stories as part of a project using Agile methodology

• Knowledge and practical experience of quality assurance testing

• Experience in a banking environment desirable

• Thoroughness and ability to take charge

• Team player, ability to positively influence and mobilize stakeholders

• Leadership, initiative, autonomy and communication skills

• Ability to work to tight deadlines.
