Description
The Project Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing IT projects at CHU de Québec – Université Laval. They ensure proper planning, coordination, and tracking of deliverables while managing project costs, timelines, and risks. They play a key role in communicating with stakeholders and managing vendors to ensure the success of strategic projects.

Ensure project deliverables are met and align with commitments.

Monitor costs, timelines, scope, and risks associated with the project.

Analyze change impacts and propose necessary adjustments.

Present project reports and updates to key stakeholders.

Facilitate planning meetings, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and progress reviews.

Participate in internal and external working groups to encourage collaboration and solution development.

Oversee multiple concurrent projects and coordinate resources.

Manage vendor relationships and participate in procurement activities.

Work with matrix teams involved in technology projects.

Write project management documentation and required deliverables.

Define the project mandate, including requirements, responsibilities, deliverables, KPIs, and scope.

Assess risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Requirements:
-
Advanced and recognized experience in project management.

Knowledge of MS Project.
-
Strong understanding of IT project management processes and matrix resource management.

Expertise in project coordination, scope, timelines, cost, and quality management.
-
Intermediate English proficiency.
-
PMP certification (a plus).

Knowledge of the healthcare system (a plus).
