As we prepare our response to a crucial RFP, we seek a professional who is deeply versed in Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online configuration and analysis. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the governance, security, and integration of all Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online tools, ensuring alignment with the project's goals and the Owner's requirements.
Develop and implement robust architectures for Microsoft 365 environments, focusing on optimal setup, configuration, and usability across all related applications including Exchange Online, OneDrive, Teams, and SharePoint Online.
Maintain a global vision for continuous improvement and upgrades within the Microsoft 365 suite.
Draft comprehensive documentation that details system architectures, configurations, and operational procedures.
Present applications and system integrations to stakeholders, demonstrating benefits and functionalities.
Provide expert management support for security measures including anti-spam, anti-virus, data governance, and privacy within the Microsoft 365 tenant.
Offer ongoing technical support and training to the Owner, ensuring they are equipped to utilize all functionalities of the Microsoft 365 portal effectively.
Requirements:
Diploma of College Studies in Computer Science or related field.
A minimum of seven (7) years of experience with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online, including analysis and configuration.
Proficient in the implementation and management of Microsoft 365 governance and security protocols.
Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex solutions clearly and effectively.
Microsoft MVP certification is a significant asset.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 Tenant and security management best practices.
Ability to work collaboratively with project stakeholders to develop solutions that meet strategic objectives.
